Dr. Leonard Dale Morgan and Dr. Austin N. Barber have joined Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.

Morgan is an experienced anesthesiologist who graduated from the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed a residency in anesthesiology and pain management at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas and a fellowship in interventional pain management at Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

Barber, a board-certified urologist, is practicing at Baxter Regional Urology Clinic. He was trained at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He completed a general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Barber served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and as chief urologist for the United States Air Force in Biloxi, Mississippi, before moving to Mountain Home.

Dr. Colton Kordsmeier, Dr. Steven James and Dr. William Crittenden of Conway Regional Health System ()

Dr. Colton Kordsmeier, Dr. Steven James and Dr. William Crittenden have joined the inpatient hospitalist team at Conway Regional Health System.

Kordsmeier, a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, received his internal medicine residency training at the University of Tennessee for Health Sciences in Memphis.

James, also a UAMS graduate, received his family medicine residency training at CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri.

Crittenden received his family medicine residency training at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, where he also received his medical and undergraduate degrees.

Sandra Odom of Baptist Health ()

Sandra Odom, a nurse practitioner, has joined Baptist Health Urgent Care on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith. Odom earned a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis and a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

She currently serves as a clinical instructor at Sparks Medical Center in Fayetteville and at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark/Russellville.
